Training in Houston, TX at the largest medical center in the world, allowed Dr. Atallah to have exposure to the leading innovators in surgery, including Dr. Michael E. DeBakey (1908-2008), one of the most revolutionary surgeons of all time. Below, then 4th year surgical resident Dr. Atallah is pictured with Dr. Debakey (2005).
